PerspectiveAs I prowl through
the streets my eyes scan the
surroundings with ease
drinking in every detail My
field of vision may not be as
wide as some humans would like
to think but at a whopping 200
degrees I can see everything
thats going on around me And
trust me when youre a cat its
crucial to stay informedFrom
the tiniest crumb dropped by a
careless human to the most
subtle twitch of a nearby
mouse my eyes are always on
high alert And let me tell you
theres no such thing as too
much information in this
whiskered world The more I
know the better prepared I am
to pounce on that pesky laser
pointer or snag a unsuspecting
flyBut even with my impressive
visual range there are some
things that just cant be seen
Like the draconian rules
imposed by our feline
overlords ahem humans Rules
like dont scratch the
furniture or stop shedding
hair everywhere Yeah right As
if were going to listen to
those kinds of draconian
decreesI mean whats the point
of having a field of vision
that can see around corners
and through walls if Im just
going to be stifled by
arbitrary human regulations No
way not on my watch When it
comes to matters of
catastrophic importance like
getting to the bottom of that
tantalizing bag of treats Ill
do what needs doing and that
might just mean ignoring those
pesky rulesAfter all when
youre a cat youve got to be
prepared for anything And with
my 200degree field of vision I
can anticipate every move from
the stealthy pounce on a toy
mouse to the artful dodging of
an incoming broomSo humans
dont bother trying to limit my
view or dictate what I should
see or not see As long as Ive
got my whiskers and my keen
eyesight Ill be just fine and
ready to take on whatever the
