Meanwhile, Ukraine has accused Russia of not genuinely seeking peace and condemned its ongoing attacks, despite Russian President Vladimir Putin's statement on Tuesday that he had ordered his army to stop targeting Ukrainian energy sites. The US will also be present at the talks, with US envoy Keith Kellogg describing it as shuttle diplomacy between hotel rooms.
