Putin has replaced the regional governors of two provinces that border Ukra[4D[K
Ukraine amid a military buildup in the area. The Kremlin press service said[4D[K
said Friday that Putin appointed Andrei Vorobyov to replace the governor of[2D[K
of Moscow region, Vyacheslav Volodin, and Sergei Morozov took over from Ole[3D[K
Oleg Savelyev as governor of Leningrad region. It did not provide any reaso[5D[K
reasons for the dismissals.
