Title Pag-IBIG Fund and DHSUD Bring Affordable Housing Closer to Fili
Filipino Families

The Pag-IBIG Fund, in collaboration with the Department of Human Settlement
Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), recently hosted two housing fair
fairs in Southern Luzon and Visayas. These events aimed to provide a wider
range of housing options for Filipino workers and their families.

At the first housing fair held in Calamba City, Laguna, over 20,000 housing
housing units from partner developers and Pag-IBIG's acquired properties we
were showcased. The event featured a diverse selection of affordable housin
housing options, including socialized housing units under the Pambansang P
Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

According to Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta, these housing fairs bring togeth
together leading private developers, Pag-IBIG's affordable financing progra
programs, and government assistance in one accessible venue. This allows mo
more workers to move from simply hoping for a home to actually taking concr
concrete steps toward owning one.

The series of housing fairs is part of the broader regional rollout of hous
housing fairs aimed at making the path to homeownership easier and more acc
accessible. Pag-IBIG's housing loans enable low-income and other qualified
members, including overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), to access decent housi
housing at monthly amortizations that are often lower than prevailing renta
rental costs.

Through these housing fairs, Pag-IBIG is making homeownership opportunities
opportunities more accessible by bringing housing options and financing ass
assistance together in one venue. This allows members not only to realize p
possible savings on monthly housing costs but also to build long-term house
household stability, equity, and a more secure future.

The socialized housing units under 4PH being offered include the Pasinaya H
Heights in Laguna, where a unit priced at P1.404 million may be purchased a
at a monthly amortization of as low as P2,257.91 in the first year, and Ase
Asenso Yuhum Residences in Bacolod, where a 24-square-meter condominium uni
unit priced at P1.059 million may be acquired at a monthly amortization of
as low as P1,703.08 in the first year.

Additionally, the Early Bird Promo is still available, offering a subsidize
subsidized 3 percent interest rate for the first 10 years of the loan term
for eligible borrowers. This further eases the path to homeownership and ma
makes it more accessible to Filipino families.

Overall, these housing fairs demonstrate the strong partnership between Pag
Pag-IBIG Fund and DHSUD in advancing more inclusive housing programs that m
make decent and affordable housing more accessible to Filipino workers and
their families.

Enjoy the little things in life. For one day, you may look back and realize they were the big things. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
