Title Levanta and Triconti Join Forces to Co-Develop 120-MW Atimonan Wind Project in Quezon

The Philippines' renewable energy sector has gained significant momentum with the announcement of a strategic partnership between Singapore-based Levanta Renewables and Filipino-Swiss joint venture Triconti Windkraft Group. The two companies have joined forces to jointly develop the planned Atimonan onshore wind project in Quezon, which is expected to deliver 120-150 megawatts of new wind capacity between 2027 and 2028.

This partnership marks a major milestone for Triconti, which was awarded two wind projects under the Department of Energy's Government Energy Auction 4 (GEA-4). The Atimonan facility will complement the country's clean energy resources, contributing to its goal of increasing the share of renewable energy in the national energy mix to 35% by 2030.

Triconti's pipeline now exceeds 4 gigawatts of onshore and offshore wind developments across the Philippines, solidifying its position as one of the largest independent wind developers in the country. Levanta CEO Pramod Singh commented, The Atimonan wind project reflects our shared confidence in the Philippines' renewable energy sector and its ability to attract long-term foreign investment. Together, we aim to advance a high-quality project that supports Luzon's growing demand and contributes to a stronger, more resilient national energy mix.

Triconti President and CEO Lila Rosenberger echoed Singh's sentiments, stating, Winning GEA-4 was just the start. Our job now is to make good on that commitment, which is moving these projects from paper to power.

As the Philippines continues to push forward with its clean energy ambitions, this partnership between Levanta and Triconti marks a significant step towards achieving those goals. With Levanta's expertise in commercial and industrial renewable energy development and Triconti's extensive experience in the Philippine wind sector, this collaboration is poised to deliver a high-quality project that supports Luzon's growing demand for clean energy.

Enjoy the little things in life. For one day, you may look back and realize they were the big things. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
