The Evolution of NHA A Step Towards Quality Shelters

In its ongoing efforts to ensure the timely and quality completion of housing projects, National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai led an inspection at the Disiplina Village Arkong Bato project in Valenzuela City. This initiative underscores the agency's commitment to in-city development and its dedication to providing safe and habitable shelters for all Filipinos.

A Testament to Commitment

During the inspection, Tai praised Mayor Weslie Gatchalian for his full support of the project, highlighting it as a testament to NHA's commitment to quality housing. The Disiplina Village Arkong Bato housing project is a prime example of our dedication to in-city development and providing quality shelters, said Tai.

Housing Site for Informal Settler Families

According to Gatchalian, the housing site has been set aside primarily for informal settler families (ISFs) living in danger areas along the Tullahan River. We are grateful to have partners like NHA's GM Joeben Tai and Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, who have assured us of more housing units for poor constituents, Gatchalian said.

New Office Inaugurated

Following the inspection with Assistant General Manager Alvin Feliciano, Tai spearheaded the inauguration and ribbon-cutting ceremony for NHA's new North Sector Office in Navotas. This new office marks a significant milestone in making NHA services more accessible to the public, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, ensuring easier access to vital programs, support, and resources.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the inspection at the Disiplina Village Arkong Bato project demonstrates NHA's commitment to quality and timely completion of housing projects. The inauguration of the new North Sector Office marks a milestone in making NHA services more accessible to all.
