Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I have been a yoga instructor for several years. My practice encompasses much more than teaching poses; it also involves understanding people's bodies, minds, and spirits. I once had a client who was very rigid physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She came to me because she had never done any type of exercise before in her life. She was nervous about starting yoga classes at the local studio down the street from where I live now, but decided it would be worth a try since there weren't many other options available near by that fit into her busy schedule anyway. The next day after signing up for my class she showed up early waiting outside while I was still inside setting everything up. She looked so scared and unsure what to expect next! So I went out to meet her, introduced myself, welcomed her warmly then offered her some water which she happily accepted before we started practicing together on the mat. We did our warm-up routines followed by sun salutations - both standing poses as well as seated ones. After that we moved onto holding each pose for 3-5 breaths (sometimes longer depending upon how deep one was going) while focusing internally instead of just worrying about making sure everything lined up perfectly in alignment when transitioning from one position into another. It was amazing to see her progress over time! She started out being able to only hold certain poses for about 1 minute maximum but within weeks she could easily go beyond 20 minutes without any issues whatsoever.

Enjoy the little things in life. For one day, you may look back and realize they were the big things. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
