According to PNP spokesperson Maranan, the investigation has revealed that 
the seven cadets were directly involved in the hazing activity, while the t
two police officers are facing charges due to command responsibility.

The investigation is still ongoing in terms of administrative lapses of th
the two police officers. Initial probe suggests that there was no one in th
the area who supposedly should be supervising. They were absent, Maranan s
said during a press briefing at PNPA.

Maranan revealed that the case has now been filed before the Imus Provincia
Provincial Prosecutor's Office, while administratively, he will sign the re
recommendation to terminate the cadetship of the seven cadets and dismiss t
them from the program.
